SHIPPING

When an order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.
All orders are shipped from Vancouver, B.C.

  • Local Delivery* – $10.00  CAD (1 to 2 Business Days)
  • Shipping within Canada – $15.00 CAD (2 to 7 Business Days)
  • Shipping to U.S. – $20.00 USD (3 to 8 Business Days)
  • Rest of the World – $40.00 USD (Up to 15 Business Days)

FREE Shipping is available for orders exceeding:

  • $100 CAD for orders in Canada
  • $100 USD for orders in U.S.
  • $200 USD for rest of the world

*Local delivery is applicable only to Greater Vancouver customers.


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

JustKiddi is committed to providing our customers an enjoyable shopping experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@justkiddi.com and we will be happy in assisting you with a return or exchange. All exchange or refund requests must be made within 7 days of package arrival. If any of our merchandise is arrived defective, claims must be made within 3 business days of package arrival.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition, including tags and packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. All return and exchange shipments within the Greater Vancouver area free of charge. Unfortunately, due to the costly nature of shipping, we are currently unable to offer free return/exchange for customers outside of the Greater Vancouver area.

 

Refunds

Please note: Some items are also not eligible for refund/exchange (please see “EXCEPTIONS” below)

You will receive a confirmation by email once your return is processed. If the returned item is approved, refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, refund may take up to 30 days to show up in your account. JustKiddi have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Returns from outside of Greater Vancouver are not eligible for free returns. There will be no re-stocking nor handling fee required. However, you will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return. We highly recommend that you ship your return package with a tracking number, as JustKiddi is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.

 

Exchanges

We are more than happy to offer you an exchange of the same item in different size and/or a different color. Unsatisfying purchases from outside of Greater Vancouver are not eligible for free exchanges. There will be no re-stocking nor handling fee required. However, you will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange. We highly recommend that you ship your exchange package with a tracking number, as JustKiddi is not responsible for lost or damaged items during  the return shipping.

We strive to bring items to you in pristine condition, but unfortunately, items do occasionally suffer from shipping damage or are defective upon arrival. Examine the contents of your package carefully when they have arrived. For damages caused by shipping, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your package and we will be happy to issue an exchange or credit.

 

 

Exceptions

Special orders, discounted and/or clearance merchandise are non-refundable.

For safety and hygienic reasons, some products cannot be returned or exchanged.These products include, but not limited to:

  • socks & tights
  • underwear
  • furniture
  • mattresses
  • breast pumps & accessories
  • bottles & bottle nipples
  • teethers & pacifiers
  • bathing items
  • feeding items
  • personal care & skin care products

Tax & Other Charges

For orders being shipped outside of Canada, additional taxes and/or import fees may apply. Please note that JustKiddi is not responsible for these fees.
